This error seems to occur sparatically through users using the system:

I'm not sure how you are using the "Closed" status which could affect the answer to this in some way. If by closed, you mean it's not a bug, the cheap and easy way would be to unassign it to a target version by going to edit. This will remove it from the Roadmap view.
