I'm sure this request is already somewhere in the forum but darned if I could find it. (Is the "exact match" search not working? I searched for "my view" and got a ton of results with the word "my" nowhere near the word "view".)

Importing XML with attachments
My goal is to migrate my JIRA tickets to MantisBT. Currently, I have all the JIRA data, sans attachment files, in an Excel file and I am writing VBA to generate an XML file that Mantis can import.
So far, so good.
