Re: Email Reporting not picking up all the emails in a folde
Thanks SL-Gundam. Just thought that it is easier to sort this way than trying to find what Gmail has done its bowels. Well, running the import job every minute will not be optimal in my case as I don't want to give my server a run. So have set it to every hour. The main reason why I wanted to custom...

Re: Email Reporting not picking up all the emails in a folde
I had to resort to end up doing the dirty way temporarily to import all the previous emails by settings "$t_isDeleted = FALSE;" to allow processing every single email in IMAP folders. I am happy with this option given that all my emails will now be imported and I have turned-off Auto-Expun...

Re: Email Reporting not picking up all the emails in a folde
Thanks SL-Gundam. I think I have a complicated situation here. If you remember - https://www.mantisbt.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=24946. This is where you had advised me to turn off Auto-Expunge and prior to this, any labels I had assigned where automatically removed (owing to Auto-Expunge s...

Re: Email Reporting not picking up all the emails in a folde
Thanks SL-Gundam. The emails are in the same folder as they were previously when I had imported them in Mantis. None of them were deleted from my mailbox because I have disabled the option to delete emails after they were processed by Email Reporting I am sorry but where are they marked as "del...

Email Reporting not picking up all the emails in a folder
Hi, I have deleted my previous Mantis installation and reinstalled fresh as my prior installation was a little messy and disorganised. After I reinstalled and ran the Email Reporting plugin, it is clearly picking up only those emails which was not imported into Mantis previously. It clearly looks li...

Blocking Attachments
The MD% blocklist is blocks attachments, not text in an email. If your signature is an image it would work... otherwise it won't Hi, This is a quote from one of your previous responses to another thread. I think it would be better if the plugin can block attachments by extension and not MD5 hashes ...

Re: EmailReporting plugin removes labels in Gmail
That was ace ! Thank you :-D It was the auto-expunge at play like you mentioned. I must say, I got carried away into thinking that auto-expunge kicks in only for deletion process but I was completely wrong. And thanks for the thread relating to emails not going out. I will have a read on that and co...

Re: EmailReporting plugin removes labels in Gmail
Thanks. Think I am not clear. The current process I have is 1. I run automatic labels through filters and I put those emails into separate folders (skipping Inbox) 2. After email reporting plugin imports the data, all the labels go away and the messages are marked as read For some reason, any new is...

Re: EmailReporting plugin removes labels in Gmail
Thanks for the suggestion. Well, I started doing it the way you describe i.e. one label for EmailReporting. But then I'll have to start moving things around once it has been imported into Mantis which I am kinda not pleased with. My main issue is not about storing those labels in Mantis but not losi...

EmailReporting plugin removes labels in Gmail
Hi, The EmailReporting plugin has been great thus far but one thing that has been quite troublesome is after processing an email, the plugin simply removes the label previously added to my email. The labels have been created to minimise & target the emails that are imported in the Bug Tracker pl...
