How do I:

• Change the name of a status? For instance, I want "Feedback" to be "Feedback From Dev"

• Add a new status? For instance, right after "Feedback" I would like to add "Feedback From Customer"

How do I change the Manage settings in Workflow so that once an issue is "acknowledged" or "feedback" it remains in that status regardless of notes added? I am finding it annoying, even inconvenient, for our workflow that Mantis is constantly changing the status to "new"...

Here is a better screen shot. It is not highlighting the blank, but it is creating a blank when nothing selected and since it is not a required field I think that's why it's working. The blank has to be there in case we want to change a Yes to a blank.

The screen shot is showing space is the default but when I add the issue it that is not happening (some kind of screen shot quirk). However, I just added an issue and did not touch the list and it created a blank so perhaps it is working after all.

I also tried 0 min length and when that didn't work I went back to 2 min length. Ideally I want to have no value or "Yes". This issue forces me to add "No".

I don't think this is very minor as indicated in MantisBT. It's a bug that needs to get fixed sooner than later.

If a type is numeric and it does not sort according to the actual value, that's a major bug.

Can any one explain why the default value on a custom list field is not working?
