Do not set ticket to NEW, when adding a note.

Hello!

Following situation:
I have a already closed ticket.
By sending an email to this ticket I just want to add a note.
In principle this is working with me, but ...

But the ticket ist set from closed to new again.

What can we do just to add a note by EmailReporting and not to open the ticket ...
