In which file(s) is the source code for this part of layout? (viewing, creating, updating tickets)

When disabling some items from view via config_inc.php - these items are no longer displayed, but I don't like the organization of empty table cells.

Is there a way to define where what is displayed and what is the layout (i.e. how many columns)?
