I think I will investigate a way to make the default 'All Projects' to avoid
future confusion for new users.

I've just installed Mantis on LAMP (after deciding it was the best option of all the other trackers out there) however I've run into a strange problem.
For testing I raised a couple of bugs and everything looked to be fine. I logged out and back in again and they's disappeared from the View ...
