- on a selected timeframe
- Just for the still opened tickets rather than with the total of reported and resolved.

Any way to see this?

Je voudrais créer un champ personnalisé qui ne soit obligatoire à partir d'un certain statut ("confirmé" en l’occurrence) mais ne sais pas si cela est envisageable, ni ne trouve comment faire.
Des idées?
