Apache: 2.2.15
PHP: 5.33-49
MySQL: 5.5.57
Mantis: 1.2.17 schema 183
OS: Centos 6.9

And I need to migrate to next stack
PHP : 7.0.33
MYSQL : 8.0.18
MANTISBT: 2.23.0 ESQUEMA 210
IIS : 8.5
OS: Windows Server 2012
