Yeah, among many other things... But my question was to have the unassigned tickets displayed in a small extra window - without all the other things that are displayed at the my_view_page.

See new unassigned tickets in an extra window
I would like to have the unassigned tickets displayed in a small extra window/application without a lot of frills, so that one can always have a look at them and see which new tickets are coming in. Is this somehow possible and if so, how?
