Yes I have configured ldap login and but previously I was able to edit and also able to add emails.
where I can check this option and change it ?

When I am trying to create new user then email field is not available, similarly when I am trying to update any user information then I am still not able to edit email address using administrator account.

So why I am not able to enter email address of new user ?

Yes you are right, log attached is from Klaros but its related to Mantis BT that's why posted here.

I have posted same issue on Klaros forum before as well but still no luck then I cam here to seek the answer.
