Ok. Thanks..but please could you suggest which is the best way, using 0.11.0-DEV, to only add the most recent reply in the email chain and ignore the rest.Because, setting to YES the 'Remove all replies from notes' parameter, seems not work properly.

Ops..seems I have a new issue here.
Any action I can try to perform on Manage Mailboxes (Edit.. Test..) I have the same Error Mssage (attached).
Any suggestion?
Actually I running MantisBT 2.26.4 Database schema 211, with EmailReporting 0.11.0-DEV (dowloaded last Friday).

I'm facing a problem installing Email Reporting 0.11.0-DEV on 2.26.4.
When I press Manage --> Manage Email Reporting tab or Plugins --> Email Reporting 0.11.0-DEV --> Manage Mailboxes.. I have the error message of the imge below.
Is it required the 2.27.0 to run this version of the Plug.In?

after the update on MantisBT from 2.26.4 to 2.27.0 I'm unable to select Category.
FYI.. at the end of the update procedure I performed (twice) the upgrade of the database.
Please, could some one help me on this?

I downloaded the 0.11.0DEV from:
https://github.com/mantisbt-plugins/EmailReporting
Clock on "<> Code" and "Download ZIP"
..and then uploaded the contenet of the zip file in
/var/www/html/mantisbt/plugins/
but in MantisBT -> Plugin tab I see an error (attached file).

Hello I have successfully installed MailReporting Plug-In but when I open the Manage Configuration options tab, I find a list issues signed as BAD.
Attached a screenshot of the page.
Could someone give me a help on how to fix these issues?
