is there a more stripped down version of Mantis Bug Tracker?

I'm looking for something where the issue shave just the required fields. for example.

ID, Project, Category, Summary, Description, Status, Tags, Notes, Attachments

and then My View, View Issues, and Manage and the ability to load ...

Thou the more I look at the whole project the more it looking like a fairly big customisation as what I am really looking to do is not linked to bug tracking ...

This has been great tool for bug tracking.

I now have a need to track jobs, tracking them from receiving then right through to completion.

MantisBT has all the base elements I require but I also need the ability to send the jobs via email and sms to engineers. and manage job requirements ...
