thanks a lot. Now its clear for me.

While searching for the link-icon I do not have recognized that this button is splitted into two, I allways just clicked on the arrow.
And i didn't stumble across it by accident either. silly me

many thanks for your reply.

as my account has the status "adminstrator" i added

$g_create_permalink_threshold = ADMINISTRATOR;

to 'config_inc.php'.
(then the permalink should be visibly for me, at least ...)

(after restarting web-server) setting should work and cause permalink ...

I have found out so far that there should be a function for perma-links - but I could find/see it at the filter 'view issue'-page but also don't know how to activate if necessary (I have seen that there is $g_create_permalink_threshold for configuration but I don't know how to use/activate ...

It seems to me that images are cropped on left and right side when pasted (at least when pasted via clipboard during the initial creation process of an issue).

Wanted feature?

Are there some setting which could be modified to prevent this?
