since a few days ago (around the 2.28.0 release) I noticed that the Official MantisBT instance (https://mantisbt.org/bugs/) is not accessible without login any more.?
I wanted to look at the 2.28 change log, but clicking the changelog link on the front page only results in an empty page with ...
