Is there a way to set a color for buttons on the left bar? Or maybe add a color border around the button so it stands out against the other buttons?

Hello! I would like to hide each user's email addresses from being visible to all other users. I still want admins to be able to see all email addresses though. Is there an option for this? Thank You in advance!
