I was running 1.0.0rc1 updated my code to 1.0.0rc2 which has seemed to fix the problem.

I have upgraded from a very old version (Mantis 0.17.5) to the currect version of mantis. I have gotten everythign to work really well.

The only problem I am having is on addign new issues to projects with custom fields. It gives me this error

APPLICATION ERROR #1100
