Ideally what would happen is that when a developer sets the bug to "resolved" it stays in the state but gets returned to the submitter for verification. If a bug is re-opened it would automatically get assigned to the person who set the bug status to "resolved".

Workflow question
When a bug is moved from Assigned to Resolved it currently stays assigned to the same person. What do I need to change to have it automatically re-assign to the submitter in this case?
