My php setup is OK, I test the native mail() function with a test script.

But with mantis 1.0.0.rc1 and php mailer I allways have this error :
"Mailer Error: Could not instantiate mail function"

For the moment I disable email, but I'll need them

I use mantis on a NT4 server with easyphp 1.7 and it works fine

I try to change my server : win2K, easyphp 1.8, other suff are the same.

Since there the relation graph is empty ( the graph image is not generated by wingraphviz ???)
