The problem is that mantis has dependencies and the normal installation is not working.

Installing Mantis on hardened OS
Hi,
I'm trying to install Mantis on Debian 12 Linux.
The OS is hardened and in an offline/secured network. The network is not connected to the internet.
Any suggestion of how to get mantis installed?
