I have a banner with a perl nav bar. Outside of mantis the bar looks great. but when I import it in it will misalign the images. looks like it has a width limit. Anyone have the problem? How do I fix?

what variable is it so a user time's out?

when setting up mysql user I do:
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'usrname'@'localhost';
FLUSH PRIVILEGES;

shouldn't this work?
