I want to upgrade my PHP to 8.3.x. I want to check if I upgrade, will there be any issues (with regards to the below information) or are there any on-going issues? Do I need to upgrade any of the below?

Hi,
If your attachments are not stored in database, you have to copy them from your old server to the new one
- May I ask if you can clarify what do you mean by attachments?
