I would like to import a list of bugs from my old bug system to mantis.

My system can generate a .TXT or a .XML file; can it be read somehow by Mantis?

before I start opening projects: is it possible to search bugs across projects, as manager? For instance, if I am viewing one project and want to see if there are related items in other, can I make a search in all projects at the same time or would I have to open ...

I have just started using mantis and I would like to organize projects for different customers.
1 - How can I make sure that one customer is not going to see bugs in the project of another customer?
2 - can I, with a manager role, easily navigate between projects?
