We've had Mantis up and working for many years but recently we setup a new server with a new OS and transfered our mantis install over to the new box and it seems to be working fine except we get the following three error messages at the top of every page:

fixed the Can't change projects via Https problem
This looks like it was a problem with the cookies. Once I deleted all of my cookies HTTPS started working properly again.
