All Projects View
Is there any way to configure Mantis so that users can only see issues for the projects that they are assigned to. There always seems to be an all projects view at lets every one see all ises regardless of the project assignments. Is there some way to get rid of the all projects view for the users? ...

Seems to be fixed
I was just able to download the MS Word and PDF versions of the User's Guide without any problem. Thanks to whoever fixed the problem. The document looks like just what I was looking for; how about posting linkes to at along with the other Mantis documentation.

I've tried downloading both the MS Word version and the pdf but keep getting documents of 0 bytes. Is Mantis having a problem downloading files?
