I have all bugs private. If the user 1 (reporter) reports an issue, sometimes i want to allow user 2 to see it. If i send a reminder to user 2 he starts monitoring the bug, but have no access to it :(. The bug cannot be public, because other users are not allowed to view it. I solved it in ...
