Yep... that's the button I am referring to... when I click that button, it asks me if I'm sure I want to delete it, I click on "yes" and it's still in my view, refresh view, or not...

In other words, it doesn't seem to be working at all...

To delete an issue, you have to press the button "Delete Issue" when you view an issue.
But I can hardly believe, that this was your question?

Actually, I found the answer in another post. It's very simple: go to Manage -> Manage Configuration -> E-mail Notifications, and on the right-hand side, check the people you want to recieve what... you might have to play with it a bit so you are not sending emails to everybody.

ANSWER -> threashold_max should be set to: 'threshold_max' => NOBODY

How do I delete an issue and have it not show up in "my view" or "view listings"?

How does one successfully delete an issue? When I try, I get the following error message:

Database query failed. Error received from database was #1054: Unknown column '$' in 'where clause' for the query: SELECT id, username, realname, access_level
FROM mantis_user_table
WHERE enabled = ?
AND ...

I'm having the same problem; and nobody seems to be able to answer the question...

Come on guys (experts)... this is a very simple question for all of you, and I (among others) am very confused about the settings.

All I want to do is notify the "developer" and "support" when a user updates their Mantis issue. For the life of me, I can't seem to get this simple request to work. Can someone please help me?

Where do I find a list of addons? I used to have one (in an older version of Mantis) that made management of users easier than the current method. I'd like to find it again...

I want to make Platform, OS, OS Version required fields when entering an issue (bug) in Mantis. Can someone please point me to a place in the docs where I can find information on how to do this?

OK... that seems to work now... thank you... I have one more question: What are the settings so that the "reporter" gets notified when any "update" is done to the issue? Sorry for being so lame on this, but I have a difficult time meandering through the docs.

Using version 1.1.0a4... why are my reporters not notified when the issue is updated? I am new to this and can't really figure out what I need and what I don't need to do to get this to notify on updates.
