Mantis ignores the Dokuwiki Start page name directive
Dokuwiki has a directive which specifies the Start page name. On the dokuwiki side, the default in "dokuwiki.php" is $conf['start'] = 'start'; //name of start page This can be overridden in the Dokuwiki configuration plugin, or else in file local.php in the dokuwiki/conf directory. When se...

Re: Cannot login when down for maintenance
Looks like a bug. Please report a bug in the bug tracker with this issue. I would also like to know the scenario where you wanted to access Mantis while it is offline for maintenance. For example, did you want to verify that everything is working before getting it back online? Thanks Victor for the...

Cannot login when down for maintenance
Applies to releases 1.0.1 and 1.1.1 In core.php I find the following # To make Mantis 'offline' simply create a file called # 'mantis_offline.php' in the mantis root directory. # Users are redirected to that file if it exists. # If you have to test Mantis while it's offline, add the # parameter 'mba...

Re: Three Problems Using the Mantis Bugtracker- SOLVED
Vincent solved all three problems for me.
I was trying using the old bugtracker.com address.
Everything is now back to normal using the http://www.mantisbt.org/ addressÂ.

Re: Unable to reach the Mantis web site
MERCI Vincent.
This also solved my other problem of being unable to login to the bugtracker using the IP address.
Also, once logged in, I can also apply filters to the view issues page. It would seem that anonymous users cannot use the filters. I wonder why not.

Unable to reach the Mantis web site
Since last December I have been unable to reach the Mantis site using this domain name.
http://www.mantisbugtracker.com/
I need to use the IP address instead.
Is this something I should take up with my ISP, or is it something the Mantis team would wish to address first.

Re: Modifying Mantis Look and Feel
Check out the section entitled "Include files" in config_defaults_inc.php. Here is a suggested step-by-step process to follow. Tailor the code to match your company logo size and color as appropriate. A. Copy your company masthead file (masthead-blank.jpg) into the images subdirectory B. C...

Re: Adding additional columns in View Issues
Victor is more-or-less correct. The handler is shown in parentheses in the Status column. If you wish to show a separate column with the same information, just add handler_id to $g_view_issues_page_columns in your config_inc.php file. See the appropriate section in config_defaults_inc.php . Showing ...

Re: Three Problems Using the Mantis Bugtracker
Thanks for checking Victor. However, I still cannot login. I wonder if this could be related to my problem 3. What happens if you try to login using the IP address instead of the domain name? http://64.202.120.249/bugs/login_page.php I'll also have to try to connect using a different ISP I have acce...

Three Problems Using the Mantis Bugtracker- SOLVED
When I try to login to the Mantis bugtracker, I get a message that my account was disabled. Could a moderator please advise me privately why this has occurred. Also, when connected anonymously, I cannot seem to apply the Category filter in the view_all_bug_page. When I try to filter on a category to...

Problem with customizing priorities - SOLVED
Our implementation uses customized priorities where $g_priority_enum_string has 9 levels (10:9-Low to 90:1-High). After upgrading to version 1.1.1, Mantis does not recognize $g_priority_enum_string in our config_inc.php file, yet other config directives are recognized (such as $g_show_priority_text ...

Re: Help me migrate/upgrade from 1.0.7 to 1.1.1
This thread comes just at the right time, since I'm moving from 1.0.1 to 1.1.1. In my case we cannot upgrade in place because our old server only has PHP 4.2 , and a more recent version is needed. The new server has all the upgraded goodies we need. The plan I'm following is to export the old databa...

Does anyone else see the following problems with this phpBB forum ? - When I login, the "Login" link at the top does not change to "Log out" until after I login a second time. However, I show as online in the section at the bottom. - I no longer see the colored icon that says I h...
