I got this message creating a new user :

PROBLEMS SENDING MAIL TO: test2@tiscali.fr
Mailer Error: Could not instantiate mail function.

Any help welcome.

I have downloaded InstantMantis-1.0.8.
and i would like to install this tool on my windows xp workstation.

Is there any process ? , script to launch ? , guide about how to install/launch this tool ?
