Mantis Bug Tracker - Forums

I can't get mantis to send email notification when a new bug is reported. Other emailnotification is ok. Where do I set this and who does the email go to?

Is there any way you can change the rights for a user to use diffrent fields´?
I would like the level of "reporter" to be able to set the priority field when reporting a bug. Is this possible and where do you change it?
