changing the time?
How would I be able to change the time on the main screen from eastern standard time to pacific standard time? Also, is there any way to change the time from military time to the standard 12 hour am/pm timeset?

Is there a way to edit built in fields in Mantis? i.e. change the list for category, reproducibility, severity, and priority?
