Currently we try to upgrade our Mantis from V0.09 to V1.07 , but get the the following message
Attempting to connect to database as admin: BAD (Does administrative user have access to the database? (Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: YES))

Currently, my company is using mantis V0.19 with MySQL, and i responsible to migrate it to V1.07.
As I remember, we only set one root user account without password when first install MySQL. And this also what I see after retrieve from mysql database.
From the install/upgrade page, a pink message ...

I am using Mantis 0.19.0, and I am facing the problem #4687. Is it possible to solve the problem without upgrading, and how? Thanks for help.

I am using Mantis 0.19.0, and my IE hangs when I upload a file which is over 1MB. I check config_inc.php and php.ini, and both are under default setting (2MB). Am I missing something?
