Hello,
i added those settings but the tag parameter line is still displayed. The only change is that when a user try to add a tag it's displaying a failure message. I don't want the line to be displayed, is there a way?

Hi,
i'm using mantis and i'm wonderig why did you choice to share the tag value between all project? With very differents projects, tags are not similary and it's quite embarrassing to a project to see tags without usefulness.

you need to first set in your config_inc file the storage method with this :
$g_file_upload_method = DISK;

And the run the script utility
