I have just spend a few more hours in trying to get this error message off. Silly because the solution probably is simple. I must be missing something, but am doing my very best to find what.
Obviously if I find out what I will respond to share my solution (fix)... but in the mean time I still hope ...

using full version of Adobe Acrobat would allow you to print this report to pdf right from the browser "print" functionality.
You could also look at non adobe made products

I DID set "$g_show_realname = ON;" in config_inc.
However even after setting that it still shows the username.

I DID remove the admin dir but still get warning... ??
I was very surprised to see the warning message show up again after I removed the admin directory from the mantis root.
Clearly I do not know what else to try here.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
