Check the database itself to see if any data exists.
You can do that with a, free, tool like phpmyadmin.
If its empty your upgrade did not work at all.
In that case you need to start again :mrgreen:

No need to close, it remains as info for others.
Please do read the administration manual around updating your Mantis installation, it would have gome smoother.

So what happened, why did you restored a DB?
How old was the backup, from the same mantis version?
Any change in PHP or mysql?

You have activated 3 lines, most interesting is the last one. This print the array with all available data.

Change error reporting to Error only, it will remove the system notices. That way you can continue. I will review these notices later :mrgreen:

What I see is that you are not using the templates I provided so something is not working on the Mantis side.

This output seems to indicate that you did not make all changes I put in place since this is not HTML enabled output.
Did you use the provided email_api.php and did you make the correct changes in core/config_inc.php?
