What's strange is that you tell me it worked before and you made the change in the config_inc.php and it stopped working.

What else did you modify ?

For colors (in config_inc.php) :
$g_status_colors['new']= '#fcbdbd';

For statuses (in config_inc.php) :
$g_status_enum_string = '10:new,...';

For renaming statuses (in custom_strings_inc.php) :
$s_status_enum_string = '10:Abierto,...';

What were the modifications in the config_inc.php ?
If you revert back the modifications from this file, can you upload ?

1. Were you able to upload any files before ?
2. Did you change anything recently ?

Je n'ai pas la bonne version de mantis pour vous aider mais dans la mienne (2.18) dans "Gérer la configuration" -> "Workflow", il y a "Niveau d'accès" en bas de disponible qui permet de spécifier le niveau d'accès minimal pour modifier tel ou tel statut

Le voyez vous dans la partie "Plugiciels" dans l'interface mantis ?

Il faut créer une fonction dans un fichier custom_functions_inc.php en suivant le tutoriel :
