which file should i look for, to remove some category/field in order to make the interface more tidy?
and also for the report exported, some fields we do not want to display it.

can i set the bug id to 01 for each project..so it wont be confusing when traking project..
prj1: 001-999
prj2: 001-999

the bug id is now auto increase when issue is created regaardless which project...

and also how to add prefix to make bug id more regconised?? (prj1 issue : 001prj1-999prj1)

but i only see this send reminder when i logging as admin..i got another user account called QA, when logging as QA,and report issue/view issue created by QA,i didn't find any send reminder button.

can i add email recipients fields?
so when issue is added, i can click the button"send email" and select recipeint to alert them...
