Hi there,

Is there a tool (web based) to create test scripts and output of those scripts (management tool) that can be linked to mantis???? This could be a very handy option. I know Bugzilla has that option.

A, I found it !!:) it's the ORDER BY p.name DESC in the project_hierarchy_api.php file. Tnx !! :) Now I can order them by date (DESC)

Since no one seems te be able to help in teh "customizations forum", maybe someone in this forum can? I like to sort the projects (in the top of the screen) DESC in stead of ASC. See topic for more info.....

I thought as much, but the problem is where to change this, I expected something like SELECT * FROM mantis_project_table WHERE etc etc ORDER BY name; So the only thing I had to do was ORDER BY name DESC;

But I cant seem to find this query :(

When I want to disable a project I choose to leave the "enabled" box empty so the project disappears (which is fine). How can I enable the project again? Because I cannot select it anywhere anymore.....

I want to sort the projects DESC because the date is in front of the proejct name (and the latest projects should be on top). Where can I configure this?? Not only in the "shwich" drop down but also in the list when choosing a project to report an issue on....

TNX ! that does help me a lot, I kind of fidled with the language file.....:) But in doing so it makes a lot of the configuration clear....

No reason, just liked it tidy :) but just deleting numbers seems to work only partially.....because I also want to rename them (dont kneed acknowledged or confirmed, but I do need retest status). So can this be done without editing the constant file (and language file) ??

Here something of a strange problem. When I repport (as a reporter) a new issue I get the option to change the status into feedback and @30@ (I deleted this option because I dont need it). But when an other reporter tries to change the status it gives feedback and assign (which is correct). Why does...

I've tried it all out and now I want to use the tool in production. But its starts at the latest Issue ID. I want it to start at issue ID 000001. How do I reset this ?

:) When browsing through the forum I found that out, but the problem was that i also renumbered the remaining options (thats why it didn't work :)). But if I dont edit the language file, the chage is not shown....

Mantis works great !! But for me it has too many options. For example, I dont need about 7 sevitity statuses, only 4 or 5. But when I delete them in the config file (config_inc.php) and the language file (strings_english.txt) It gives something like @70@ as an option. How can I delete them? Same for...
