I use Mantis 1.1.0.a4 now for a few days. My biggest problem is: Often I want to have more information from the reporter. What is the way in Mantis to ask for that information? In my config_inc.php file I added the following code

# --- account pref defaults -------
$g_default_advanced_report = ON;
$g_default_advanced_view = ON;
$g_default_advanced_update = ON;

Do you think this would meet your needs?
