I recently upgraded my Mantis 1.0.6 to Mantis 1.2.3. I had faced some issues, and Atrol helped me to fix those issues. And Mantis 1.2.3 is better..

Hi Atrol, I fixed the issue and i would like to share my solution with you. I just opened the mantis\core\database_api.php and changed db_query_bound( 'SET NAMES UTF8' ) to db_query_bound( 'SET NAMES latin1' ) ( line number 105). Thanks for your information. But still i am facing issue with Japanese characters. FYI i can add japanese character to bug notes and its showing fine. But the older japanese characters not shown properly ( Which are added before up gradation).

Two more website are running in my webserver. Dotproject and web2project. But they are not taking time to load.

The the disk activity everything is fine.

The CPU usage is just 17% . And apache is not taking more CPU usage. And the php version is PHP Version 5.2.10.

Hi Atrol, I found that time taken for total queries are less than 1s. But still the mantis is slow. So i confirmed that its not related to the database. Search Engine

And i am not using it now. And i would like to upgrade to the latest version.
