I understand that i need to go there to install the packages, but they do not appear in the list

I've been trying to install new plugins and have come across some that do no seem to work, though they are supposed to work with mantisbt-1.2.12.

Other than putting the files into the plugins dir, is there anything else special that needs to be done??
