How can I know this user can be forgotten forever
we have had a lot of 'junk' since nobody took care of this older version mantis 1.1.7. in user list, we see so many, but perhaps nothing to do with these 'people', assuming users created for people. is there a way to figure out who has nothing to do with mantis at all - no comment, no assignment, no...

documentation regarding table relationship
still on version 1.1.7 mantis (installed on year 2009, never maintained ever since) , wonder where to find the relationship among tables online for a reference ? I believe the table structures may change along with releases, but the relationship should be very stable, correct ? I just want to have a...

I do have the access to the database (mysql) still reply on a vendor to get data out of mantis, but not sure where they get the attachment if only given the database dump ? we want to see how ma...

Re: total bugs in mantis not matching csv export
Thank you so much. That probably is the reason, make sense. I have done other csv export, just not all, and they are fine (only small portion).
I will contact IT person to check.

Re: data maintained but going for higher version interface
Thank you for the followup. Understand you don't understand as we are actually giving up mantis, transferring data to another system. The reason I want to make current mantis still 'alive' is to keep mantis data viewed in mantis way after the windows2003 platform gonegone. :-) You just confirmed wit...

Thank you for confirming that. You just help me make decision to give up.

total bugs in mantis not matching csv export
I have done many times csv export (mantis 1.1.7) , but this time I did for whole system, i.e. everything. Interestingly, I got to see bugs in csv export (only 5116, as 5117 rows) , but all bugs in database, according to database and even the display before I run the filter showing 5530: Viewing Issu...

adjust the value in csv_columns
I am working on v1.1.7 unfortunately, reaching you for help: in Configuration Option (thru Mange Configuration under Manage) , there is a 'csv_columns' design with a complex array including 0-31 (from my system) fields; can I adjust these fields to cover what I want to display / export into a export...

Re: data maintained but going for higher version interface
Thank you, any requirement for O.S ? the old data was on windows server 2003 mysql; I do run into trouble in the past when doing the same steps moving data onto macOS mysql , so wonder any restrictions ?
Meanwhile, I will grab another system to follow your instructions.

data maintained but going for higher version interface
Due to platform changes, we need to move all mantis data onto a higher version bug tracker system, still mantis, but way beyond the current version (1.1.7). I wonder whether it is possible to read existing mantis data (from 1.1.7) in a brand new mantis interface (i.e. 2.8.0) ? Please advise.
