Hi SL-Gundam,
Please kindly look into following points in which i am facing the problem using Email Reporting Plugin:
1.
Notes problem: As said before automatically notes are being added to my issue and in emails also after every 5 minutes new mail is coming for same ticket.
2.
Issue automatically get reopen: When admin changes the Issue Status from New to Resolved then email goes to support id and to reporter too in form of Note saying
"The following issue has been RESOLVED." This is ok but
But after a minute again my issue automatically get reopen and for same email goes to support person and reporter too saying that:
"The following issue has been REOPENED."
3.
Time problem: How i change this CST time to IST time as in email the ticket timing is in CST format which i have change to IST format.
