I didn't really set anything up there.
I would like to achieve such an effect that everyone added to a given project would not receive e-mails, but only the person who created the application. Because at the moment it is so that all persons added to the project (private) receive information when they reply to the application. One is interested in the other one, and so he gets a notification.

Nothing from the current notification settings suggest that all should receive notifications. Thats why i'm asking for more information.
If we find the reason why, we can correct it.

Go to the e-mail notification page and select the project where you are experiencing the issues using the dropdown in the top right.
The default using config_inc.php has no color
Global settings through the web interface are blue
Green are per project settings

I deleted the settings for a project and it looks like it works fine now

It should.
In the screenshot you see that for Reporters you enabled all checkmarks except 2. This means that all accounts with reporter access would have received emails for all those events.
Good that its resolved now.
