Hello,

we implemented the Email reporting plugin and managed to create tickets by sending an email.

Unfortunately the signatures are added and for all customers it is impossible to have a common denominator in the signature. Is there a way to cut off the signature of all the e-mails received?

Which version of EmailReporting are you running?

Since the common denominator is not an option, you would have to tell me how the email looks and what you expect EmailRepoting to do.
What are the points of recognition for EmailReporting to see that a certain part is a signature?
