Hello,
I just started working for a company that is tracking their services thru Mantis. The prior tech did not have the original admin login but did have admin privilege to the server. My issue is that I need to be able to logon to the Mantis server directly to update some new information and fields but do not have the admin password. I hooked a keyboard and monitor direct to the server and used the default user name of administrator and password of root and it advises incorrect login.
Please advise how I can reset the main admin password on the server so I can resolve this issue for the company.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Regards and thanks in advance.
