Mantis 1.0.0.1 Enargi edition

Hi all.

We are have developed our improved version of Mantis based on 1.0 release.
A lot of fixes and improvements, including good looking modern UI.
We are going to release it to public.

Maybe Mantis team will look at the improvements and decide to merge changes into codebase. Who knows.

Fixes against Mantis 1.0:

Tens of fixes and improvements all over the code, including;

- It's possible to save filters
- Severity select list sorted properly from max to min
- Fixed bogus a href in Status in issue list and other places
- Various visual fixes on diffrent pages

Enhancements:

- Modern, good looking theme (see screenshots)
- Better icons and graphics
- Improved Summary menu
- Priority replaced with Issue type. It's possible to have Bug, Task, Change request, etc. (customizable in configuration)
- Added configuration option $show_admin_email
- Added configuration option $g_show_footer_logo

Where is it? We'd be willing to integrate changes if they follow the coding style. The best way to do this would be to submit the changes attached to an issue at http://bugs.mantisbt.org/ .
