I'd like to create a user with access only to the summary page.
How can I do it?

For what purpose do you need this?
Are you aware that the summary page contains also links to other pages?

Purpose: The VIWER in our company is supposed to access only the summary (only the graphs and nothing else).
Is it possible ?

This is not possible by setting configuration options, you would have to change source code of MantisBT.

Using $g_view_summary_threshold (supposes that specifies the access level required to view the summary page) is not possible?

$g_view_summary_threshold is used to restrict the access to the summary page.
But Elyes wants a user which
