Issue History:Add Note

Hello all,
when we add notes to any issue, is it possible to include it in the Issue History?
Currently, it's mentionned in the Field "Note Added: 0000XXX" but nothing in the filed Change.
It will be better if we can add the note text in the field Change

How can I install this plugin.
All I find is the page InlineHistory.php

Copy the directory InlineHistory to the directory plugins of your MantisBT installation.
Goto page "Manage" > "Manage Plugins"
Click "Install"

thank you for your reply.
After installing this plugin, I've noticed the following points:
1.It's taking tooooo much time to open an issue...Same behavior if I add a new note to my issue
2.when I open my issue, I can't see the History.
3. When I click on the link ( Issue History)on right corner of the window, it's taking too much time
And I get the following error:
