I think that the mantisbt.org manager could take a few minutes to setup a SPF record
dig mantisbt.org TXT returns nothing

I am not sure but it seems that Google servers are used; I had success in getting one of my customers to
setup his domain so:

v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all."

Hope this helps (it would have in my case since my first registration to this forum failed because *my* antispam rejected
the noreply@mantisbt.org and I had to whitelist it).

I forwarded it to user vbcotor who is responsible for that.

We have an TXT spf record with the following value:
"v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com include:amazonses.com include:sendgrid.net ~all"
